What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a full refund within 21 days from the date the items are delivered. Refunds are only permitted for full-price items. Purchases with applied welcome discount codes are eligible for return or exchange. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with intact original tags. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, please notify us as soon as possible. Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 3 full business days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 business days (subject to your bank’s processing time).

There will be a $9 flat-rate fee per return package deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for exchanges.

There are no fees for returns and exchanges made in any of our shops.

All international purchases (outside the United States, including Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories) are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchanges.

Can I return a gift?
Yes, we’re happy to make return arrangements for items received as gifts (excluding final sale items)! Once we receive the return, we will send you an e-gift card to your email. The gift card will not expire.
